Chris Johnson is a Langley BC based photographer, with a passion for cool spaces, and cool people.
With over 35 years experience as a professional photographer, Chris has seen and lived many changes in technology, styles, and demands.
Case in point: right now you are viewing his work and information on a website. In his early days, his marketing tool was a FAX machine!!
With camera in hand since he was a young boy, creating images is in his blood. Chris’ work has been appreciated by a broad range of clients, including weddings, families, maternal, and a wide variety of commercial purposes.
Paying it forward and sharing his passion, in 2001 Chris added teaching to his portfolio. Helping everyone from “level one” beginners right on up to working with pro shooters, teaching the basics of camera settings through full digital workflow and studio lighting, Chris has helped literally hundreds of photographers fine tune their skills.
His work has won awards in categories such as Industrial, Portrait, Wedding, Wedding Story, Landscape and more. In 2004, Chris earned the Master of Photographic Arts designation from the Professional Photographers of Canada. Even though Chris is “semi retired” from the profession, this is an accomplishment he still holds dear to his heart.
